PLOS’s next musical will be Calamity Jane, coming to the stage in April 2027.

One of the most beloved musicals of all time, Calamity Jane is a fun, feel-good show packed with humour, romance, adventure and classic musical theatre charm. Featuring 18 memorable musical numbers, including The Deadwood Stage, Secret Love and Just Blew In From The Windy City, it’s a show guaranteed to leave audiences smiling.

With a large ensemble, plenty of featured moments and a wide range of principal and supporting characters, Calamity Jane offers fantastic opportunities for performers of all ages and experience levels. From larger-than-life comedy characters to heartfelt leading roles, there is truly something for everyone.
